Step 1: INITITAL PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION 60 minutes
Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will complete a thorough initial evaluation. The initial evaluation is an assessment of your symptoms to determine the best treatment plan and medication regimen for you. This assessment will go over your family and social histories as well as current and past symptoms.

Step 2: TREATMENT PLAN
Based on the assessment from your initial evaluation a diagnosis will be made. From there the provider, along side of the patient, will develop a plan of care and determine if medications are needed.

Step 3: ONGOING MEDICATION MANAGEMENT up to 30 minutes
You will continue to follow up closely with the provider to ensure progress is being made. During medication management visits, the provider will evaluate how you are doing and how you are tolerating the medications. Any medication changes and further recommendations will be made during these appointments.
